1. About the service

Fur Frame ("we", "us") is a brand of Sid Innovations Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Haryana, India (GSTIN: 06ABRCS3576L1ZJ). Fur Frame creates AI-generated artistic portraits of pets from photos you upload, available as digital downloads and as printed, framed products shipped within India.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, resident in India, and hold a valid Indian mobile number to create an account and place orders. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account & authentication

• Sign-in uses a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to your mobile number. One account per phone number.
• You are responsible for the security of your SIM and device. Anyone with access to your phone's SMS can access your account.
• Email is optional and used only for receipts and order updates.

4. Your photo uploads

• You must own the photo you upload or have the right to use it.
• Uploads must be photos of pets. Do not upload photos of people (including children), copyrighted artwork, or any obscene, unlawful, or offensive content.
• We may refuse to process, and may remove, any upload that violates these rules.

5. Licence you grant us

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. You grant Sid Innovations Pvt Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your photo solely to generate your portrait, produce and ship your order, and provide customer support.

6. Generated portrait rights

• You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use, print, and share the portraits you purchase.
• You may not resell generated portraits or use them in commercial products.
• We may use anonymised, non-identifying outputs to improve generation quality.

7. Pricing & GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST. For customers in Haryana, GST is split as CGST + SGST; for all other states, IGST applies. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every paid order.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never receive or store your card details. Orders are confirmed only after payment is captured and verified.

9. Shipping & timelines

Physical products are printed and shipped pan-India by our fulfilment partner, typically delivered within 5–7 business days of payment. Shipping is included in the listed price. See the Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy for full details.

10. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and the claims process are described in our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Prohibited conduct

• Scraping, automated bulk generation, or attempts to bypass rate limits or payment checks.
• Reselling or redistributing generated portraits.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity at checkout.

12. Disclaimers

• AI-generated portraits are artistic interpretations, produced on a best-effort basis. Likeness to your pet is not guaranteed to be photorealistic.
• Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to display and print differences.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sid Innovations Pvt Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these terms, including uploads you did not have rights to use.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or infrastructure outages.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your non-waivable statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
