Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sid Innovations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), the company behind Fur Frame, collects and processes your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Data we collect
- Mobile number — required, used to sign you in via OTP and send order updates by SMS.
- Email address — optional, used for receipts and order updates.
- Shipping address — collected only for physical orders, used for delivery and on your GST invoice.
- Pet photo uploads and generated portraits — stored to produce and deliver your order.
- Payment metadata — order and payment identifiers from Razorpay. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (generating portraits, taking payment, fulfilling and shipping orders, issuing legally required invoices) and on the basis of the consent you give at sign-in. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. AI processing note
Your uploaded photo is processed by Vertex AI (Google Cloud) to generate your portrait. We may use anonymised, non-identifying portrait outputs to improve generation quality. Your photos are never used to identify you or your pet.
5. Cross-border transfer
AI image generation on Vertex AI may involve processing outside India. By using the service you consent to this transfer for the sole purpose of generating your portrait.
6. Retention
- Uploaded photos and generated portraits: kept for 12 months after your last order, then deleted.
- Account and order data (including invoices): kept for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
7. Your rights under the DPDP Act
You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to raise a grievance. Write to us at the contact below; we respond within 30 days. Erasure requests are honoured except where retention is legally required (e.g. tax records).
8. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies for sign-in and cart functionality. We do not use marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Children
The service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
